Culture Snapshot Expert Analysis Report - This includes a workbook-style report that displays the data with culture patterns identified as strengths (green indicator), areas worthy of monitoring (yellow) or opportunity areas (red). This is completed by a culture expert who includes a short statement about the logic for the scorecard-type ratings and the implications for success. This provides an objective review of the pattern, as well as its inter-play with other patterns, which, importantly, allows groups to explore what is happening and to check for culture blind spots. Summary findings provide deep insights into the way the culture is operating to support or impede strategic direction and practical recommendations provide guidance, directing attention to the levers for shaping culture.

Culture Snapshot Workbook - This workbook-style report displays the data for a group to explore. It is ideal for a high-engagement approach and for groups wishing to work through their own data.

Culture Snapshot Workshops - Internal and external consultants and leaders using the Culture Snapshot often need to develop a common language and frame of reference when preparing for a culture assessment and culture change initiative. This workshop explores concepts foundational to understanding organizational culture and how to shape it. When used as part of pre-planning or post debrief, it will help people to avoid the myths and traps of culture change, ensure that both systemic and local issues are addressed and support the creation of a culture change path that integrates strategy, culture, leadership development, talent management and brand delivery.

“We have gained valuable insight into the strengths and weaknesses of our departmental culture. The workshop provided a venue for open discussion, realization and appreciation of team players’ perceptions and feelings, as well as developing a workable action plan for self and departmental improvement. It has allowed us the opportunity to identify key issues, prioritize them and work on successful resolution for each item separately without the feeling of being overwhelmed.”
