Just as you turn to a medical specialist when difficult to diagnose health issues appear, so a shift to a culture specialist may be required for diagnosis of the complex, inter-connected culture patterns embedded in day-to-day practices and behaviors. While clients often use the CSF Culture-Strategy Fit Profile™ for a ‘deep dive' into culture patterns, there are times when the Organizational ‘MRI'™ is a complimentary or preferred method for determining what is happening, what opportunities or issues variations in practices present and how to address these."

Used as part of an ‘awakening' process in culture change, the Organizational ‘MRI' can be used to open up a space to safely share the way things really happen. Used to probe practices supporting or impeding areas such as innovation, empowerment, teamwork, collaboration or knowledge management, the Organizational ‘MRI' contributes a rich contextual base from which to make recommendations for change. Importantly, groups come away with positive feelings of contributing to future success, an appreciation for what happens inside and outside their groups, as well as awareness that everyone will need to play a part in making productive changes happen.

Like a medical MRI, analysis and recommendations focus on the way the system is working and how to better align inter-connected beliefs, behaviors and practices for future success.

The CSF process has absolutely made a difference. It boiled things down and brought the critical issues forward so that they could be time-boxed and things could get done. Progress is definitely being made and we're seeing the results.

We are faced with an onslaught of issues that eliminate time to think and plan - we're too busy fighting the alligators to find a way to drain the swamp... This process (CSF) helps get the issues on the table in an incredibly fast and efficient manner so that they can be dealt with.
