Our demos will provide you with the opportunity to experience samples of our surveys and how they are structured. The following describes basic information about the surveys and how to access the demos.

Demo Survey

Our demo provides an opportunity to experience part of a typical survey and how it is structured.

A unique access code is provided to each organization. Once logged in, individual access codes are generated by the system and a confidential password is created by the user. This allows a user to leave a partially completed survey and return to it later. Error prompts remind users to return to unanswered statements. These have been disabled in the demo survey statements, but remain for the Background page.
